Sierra Scott is a dedicated and tenacious commercial litigation attorney with the firm. With a strong background in legal research, strategic drafting, and case management, Sierra plays a critical role in advancing complex business litigation matters. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence reflect the firm’s high standards in delivering exceptional legal services to commercial clients.
Sierra has focused on honing her skills to better advocate on behalf of clients both in the courtroom and in Alternative Dispute Resolution settings. She was a Captain of the Dispute Resolution Board, specializing in negotiation competitions. She was also an editor for the Stetson Business Law Review, President of the Business Law Society, and a member of the Student Leadership Development Committee.
Sierra is also a double alumna of the University of Central Florida, holding a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Legal Studies. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
