Sierra Scott
Attorney
Sierra Scott is a transactional attorney with the firm, focusing on business transactions and trusts and estates. Her practice includes advising clients on entity formation and structuring, preparing and negotiating contracts, and guiding business owners through succession planning to support smooth ownership transitions. Sierra works with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, from forming LLCs and establishing governance frameworks to planning for long-term continuity and exit strategies.
She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to her work and prioritizes clear, efficient solutions that align with each client’s business and personal goals.
During law school, Sierra served as a Captain of the Dispute Resolution Board, specializing in negotiation competitions. She was also an editor for the Stetson Business Law Review, President of the Business Law Society, and a member of the Student Leadership Development Committee.
Sierra is also a double alumna of the University of Central Florida, holding a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Legal Studies. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
In addition to her legal practice, Sierra serves on the Board of Directors for the Roller Derby Coalition of Tampa Bay.
