Helpful Websites

Here are some websites that I find helpful:

www.epodunk.com.  This is a great resource for general information about US counties, cities, and other communities.  Usually, I use this website to easily confirm the county in which a city is located.

www.law.cornell.edu.  This is a portal to Federal and state statutes, administrative rules, and other legal material.  Now with Pennsylvania! (For some reason, Pennsylvania resources were not available on the site until just recently.)

www.bubbl.us.  This is a simple web application for creating “mind maps” (you know, where you start with a concept, and then brainstorm all things related to that concept).  I also use it to make quick organizational charts.

www.corporationwiki.com.  This website presents information about corporations and other business entities, much like epodunk.com.  The best part about it is the Relationship Visualizer, which graphically displays companies related through common directors and/or officers.  It does not seem to have information for every company.
